Course description:
This course is mainly based on conversations. It takes place in a very relaxed atmosphere and is great for parents / self employed / part time mature students who have some spare time in the morning . We talk about French culture over a coffee and talk about our daily activities in French. Our class is always a good laugh!
The class is run all in French (apart from some grammar points)
In this 10 weeks course, you will learn:
All the elements of the intermediate B1 5 weeks course:
- The different ways of expressing concession and opposition
- The expressions to contradict
- Talk about the way we get information
- To give information by mail
- to understand headlines and news
- To give a point of view about news and know how to analyse information
And also:
- To state an non confirmed event
- The different ways to relate uncertain events
- The nominal sentences
- To talk about the solidarity actions
- The vocabulary to talk about oppositions and commitments
Additional entry requirements:
To join this class, you should have done about 275-315 hours of French before or have completed the Elementary level B1.
